I am a native of the northwest growing up in Renton Washington. During high school I participated in sports including wrestling, track, and cross country. Following high school I attended several local colleges while studying general undergraduate classes. During this time I also was an assistant wrestling coach at Hazen High School. Following completion of the required undergrad course work I then went to the San Francisco Bay area to attend Life Chiropractic College West. I was excited and completed the 4 year program in 3 years by attending school year round. During my studies in college I focused my attention to injury rehabilitation and treatment of traumatic injuries. After graduation in 2001 I returned to my home and moved back to Renton. The next 4 years was spent working for an established chiropractor in Burien treating patients and managing his office. In 2006 it was time to open my own clinic; I opened Pure Chiropractic Center in Bellevue Washington. Since opening we have continued to strive to be on the cutting edge of treatment and have added new technologies such as Cold Laser and Decompression in addition to the Chiropractic and Massage therapy that we offer.

Hi, I’m Alex. I have been a massage therapist for four years now. Ever since I was six years old I was giving massages to my family members. So, after graduating from high school in my home town Kent, Washington, I decided to become a professional massage therapist. I attended Renton Technical College and have completed the 1092 hour massage program where I learned over 15 different massage modalities. I specialize in medical, deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage. I am credentialed with most insurance companies. In my free time I like to hike, try out new food places, workout, and play paintball.

Hello! I’m Karri and I am the Office Manager for Pure Chiropractic. I started working at the office in 2009 and have been in the Chiropractic industry since 1996. I am an advocate for natural health care and my favorite part of the job is working with our patients and seeing the incredible results of their treatment. The office is a wonderful place to work; everyone contributes to a fun and positive atmosphere. Additionally I have been teaching business courses part time at City U since 2009. After completing my MBA from AIUI, I furthered my education by receiving the Senior Professional in Human Resources National Certificate from HRCI and the Senior Certified Professional certification from Society of Human Resource Management. When I’m not working, I enjoy time with my friends and family, reading, learning, spending time outdoors, traveling, watching the Seahawks, and my newest hobby photography.

I’ve been a dedicated member of the Pure Chiropractic team since 2012, contributing as an essential part of the administrative staff. It’s been a great journey and I truly enjoy my role here.

Hello, my name is Joshualyn. I enjoy helping others and seeing people be relief from pain naturally. I have seen how it helps improve my own health. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with family, hiking, watching movies and cheering for the Sounders and Seahawks.
